Back Is the NX register work on x86_64? Does anyone have it in production?
(for those who don 't know, the NX register is a no exec stack register
which can flag pages of memory such that they can 't be exec 'd, this can
prevent many buffer overflow attacks. It has been available on Sun
sparc 's for years)
Thanks.
