Keep rhn-applet-gui from starting at login

I turn the rhn-applet-gui off but it returns when I log in again. I have
stopped the rhnsd. How do I stop the  from starting everytime I
login (using Gnome)? I have searched help, grep'd config (profile, bash, amd
so on) files, searched google, and so on without success. Where does RH 9 keep
its run at login information?
