We want this setup to test how the 32-bit OS and 32-bit Applications run on
this 64bit processor. We want to see if all application we use on 32-bit x86
boxes run on this.

If all works great, In the future we might just by these boxes even for
32-bit OS and whenever we want to switch to 64bit we do not have to upgrade
machines but just the OS.

Um.. don 't you want to be running x86_64 version? Also update 2 has been
released in the past few days and you may want to get the actual release
and not the beta.
