I hate the redhat-config-printer tool. I always use http://localhost:631
(the cups tool)

That being said, the problem is the paper size. In Open Office, open
your document and before you print - check 'Format -> Page' and make
sure that it's the right paper size. Also, verify with your 'Print ->
Properties' that it too is the same size.
