Sure. I never went crazy with bugs about this stuff. Partly because
there was never any Bugzilla response so I figured not to add more bugs
that would simply fester, but partly because I either understand the
removal (pine) or worked around it and simply stopped caring (ncftp) but
there were a few things removed in RHEL3 that were kinda silly and to me
shouldn 't have been removed.

The one bug that really got under my skin because my users complained about
it *a lot* was the removal of joe, and that was fixed in UPD2. For that,
please send my warmest regards to whomever is responsible, it helped me
out a lot.

Package Requests sitting as NEW:
112255   Missing package perl-suidperl in RHEL ES 3.0 # Should be CLOSED/RESOLVED; Now in UPD3
115440   gvim is missing # Seems like silly removal, good candidate for Extras at least
117975 cadaver / cli DAV client is missing # mod_dav but no way to test it?

Random other stuff sitting as NEW:
112330   grub behaves badly in the absence of a splashimage # Anaconda has seen a lot of work in RHEL 4.. still valid?
119500   Openssl not detected - krb5 required and not found # Annoying buglet

This list probably could be a lot bigger if I had the time to do more
testing and inhouse QA, but we 're short staffed ATM so I 'm "the linux guy "
on top of all the other stuff I 'm responsible for.
