The mozilla-1.4-11 SRPM in Rawhide is 1.4 final.

If you are daring try the epiphany-0.7.3 SRPM from Rawhide. It is a
lightweight browser that uses native GTK2 widgets. Still has a lot of
maturing to do, but it works pretty good at this point in its
development. It requires mozilla.
