Hi Joe,
The SUN A1000 includes an internal RAID adapter and can only be managed from a
SUN system (Using Raid Manager 6.22.x). I guess the SCSI targets presented to
the OS would most likely be recognized by RHEL but you 'd be unable to manage
your LUN 's from RHEL. Also, if I recall correctly, you need SCSI differential
(HVD) cards to be able to use an A1000 on a system so you need to get a
specific SCSI card (similar to the Adaptec AHA-2944D) to connect the A1000. I
hope this helps clarify your problem...
