ethtool apparently doesn 't work with the 3c95x driver in RHEL3:

# ethtool -s eth0 speed 10 autoneg off
Cannot get current device settings: Operation not supported
not setting speed
not setting autoneg

Is there an alternative way to slow down a 3c920/980 NIC from 100Mbps to
10Mbps?
