RHEL v3 Update 4 today?

So I'd heard some (unconfirmed) rumors last week that today would be the
day RHEL v3 update 4 would be released.  Does anyone know if that's
true?  Does anyone know how many package updates this is going to
entail?  Does RedHat have some sort of official schecule somewhere
saying when things like this get released or does all of that stay
internal?
