Disable IvP6.

This looks similar to the known bug with firefox and IvP6, where firefox tries
to use the sit0/IvP6 interface in preference to eth0, even if sit0 isn't
configured or in use.  It then sits there waiting for the interface to time
out before falling back to the eth0 interface.

I've actually removed the sit0 scripts from my system atm.  No problems so
far.
