I suggest you grep your maillog for m22cs4505rnb and m22cs4497rnb (the
message ID's of the two different emails and see where the script is telling
postfix to send the emails.

Hi all,
I have a program called BigSender, which is a perl based CGI for managing a
mailing list. I've been using it for years, and so far the support and
responsiveness of the author have been great when it comes to features/bugs
in his program.
However, this time, the problem seems to be with my system configuration...
so I need your help.
I have a copy installed on the 7.3 system, and a copy installed on the ES3
(newer system, so I am migrating all services over to it)
when someone subscribes to the mailing list they are supposed to get a
welcome message, and the admin is supposed to get a "new user has joined"
message.
BigSender is generating both of these messages, with the proper To: and
From:
However, only on the ES3 system, the user ends up getting BOTH of these
messages???
Here are both messages with full headers, as received by my gmail account:
this is the message intended for the admin, which should have been sent to
"mailnglist@(protected)":
