Getting past the 'You are trying to install.. which isn 't support

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to setup a temporary RHEL3 machine to reproduce a software problem on RHEL3U2 (not RHEL's problem, it's the software).
The only system I have available for this right now is a wonderful Pentium 166Mhz with 48Mb RAM. Right after making the partitions, I get the dreaded 'Your are trying to install on a machine which isn't supported by this release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS' and my only choice is to 'Exit'. Is there -any- way of getting RHEL to install on this mosquito short of using VMWare or putting the hard disk into another server..?
I tried booting RHEL3U2 Disk1 with:
"linux text upgradeany" "linux expert noprobe"
but to no avail...
Any ideas?
I think that with 48Mb RAM I should at least be able to run the kernel, a couple services and my broken software but the installer won't let me... :)
