From RHEL ES3 to Fedora?

From RHEL ES3 to Fedora?

HI All!
I'd like to move from ES 3 to Fedora.  Is there a
suggested way of doing this besides wiping the drive
and starting over?  Or can I 'upgrade' the ES 3 to
Fedora and keep my settings and configurations for all
the individual apps?  If anyone has done that, could
you let me know how it's gone for you?
