Hi,
We are working on iSCSI and Fibre channel target for Linux based servers and
we noticed that the 3ware driver performance has dropped down in 2.4.21-27
Update 6 compared to Suse Linux SLES8.  I see some reference about high
iowait in the bug database but nothing related to performance.

RHEL 2.4.21-27
3ware stock driver 8506-8
/dev/sda --> 3ware RAID0 disk, 2 Maxtor SATA 250GB drives
Read performance on /dev/sda is about 57MB/sec
The same system when booted On SUSE Linux Read performance is about
112MB/sec
We would like to get the best performance possible to do Mayastor product
testing.
Thanks in advance.
-SK
