Assuming you're referring to the "rebuild" RHEL clones, they are
essentially identical to RHEL, from a software standpoint. what you
don't get is access to RHN (obviously), Red Hat support (other than
Bugzilla, which both isn't support, and may not be able to assist you
anyway if you're not using a "real" RH RPM), and some latency on updates
(since the "rebuild" clones need to wait for RH to release an errata,
then rebuild it themselves).

In the latter case, I know the clones work really hard to ensure updates
are available quickly. We'd likely move our 100 or so servers to a clone
of RHEL if it weren't for the usefulness of RHN. Red Hat Support hasn't
really resulted in a speed increase on fixes over posting a bug in
bugzilla, really.
