  Try

ftp.redhat.com:/pub/redhat/linux/updates/enterprise/3AS/en/os/SRPMS
[ substitute 3AS with 3ES, 3PW, 3WS or 3desktop if needed ]

The directory you're looking in is the original RHEL3 kernel source code
from the non-updated release.
