What kind of system are you installing on? How do you expect help if you
don't give us some useful info? Without knowing even the basic specs of
the machine your installing on it's totally impossible to aid you.

Useful things we would need to know:
- motherboard
- architecture
- drives (SATA or IDE?)
- RAID level (if any)

If you are getting error messages then write them exactly as the appear
and copy them in a post for others to review.

Make sure the problem is not in the list archive
(http://www.redhat.com/archives/shrike-list/) or any other list archive
(Google is your friend). Do searches based on the hardware your trying
to use or the error message(s) your getting.

Help us to help you but please do more than say "this isn't working,
please help me!", that kind of post doesn't help us or you. Not saying
I'll have an answer but without the above we don't even know the
question.

I've heard it said that the proof of lunacy is when you repeat the same
steps expecting different results.  I say it's proof that you're a
Microsoft user. - comment by deshi777 on experts-exchange.com
