Normally, you would read the installation instructions for the package.
In this case, however, the Documentation.txt file doesn't say what they
should be.  You can set them to root.root though.

Also, phpMyAdmin doesn't get installed in /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386 - it
should be installed in your web server root (typically /var/www/html).
