Hello all,

I do have the same problem with two of my servers.

One 1 Dell 2650 and other 1650. These two are load with Redhat 9.0
kernel is: 2.4.20-8smp

Also I have 20 dell 1550 + 1650 load with redhat 7.2 and these server
are never crashed. I am purchasing 3 more with Redhat ES.
here is the info for one of them:

[root@(protected) root]# uname -a
Linux oldstein 2.4.21-4.ELsmp #1 SMP Fri Oct 3 17:52:56 EDT 2003 i686 i686 i386
GNU/Linux
[root@(protected) root]# cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 3 (Taroon)

These redhat 3 have not yet crash ( mean hang, until you hardboot) once since
August-2004.

So I hope to upgrade them all to ES soon and hope you guys have the
solution why systems hang.

Vinh-

PS: please let me know if I am not suppose to send out to the list with other
subject.
