You should note that this won't work on RHEL4 as it doesn't ship
with fam (file alteration monitor) which is required by the current
version of Courier IMAP (v4.0.2). fam was provided in RHEL3. The
instructions I listed in the previous e-mail illustrate how to remove the
fam dependency and complete a RHEL4 build and install. rpmbuild -ta
(currently) isn't sufficient on RHEL4 unless you obtain and install fam
separately first.
