The subscription on my systems in coming up for renewal in the next two
months.  I have currently have 3 levels of service (AS Standard, ES
Standard, and ES Basic), and have previously had 24x7 support on rh7(i
think that is which version it was).   I'm not going to delve into my
feelings about the quality of support I've been provided in the past
(they have been useful on one or two occasions).

I am happy about the fact that as of RHEL4, Redhat has caught up with
many of my needs, that had been avail in other distros or even their
other distros (rh7-9 and fedora) and not in RHEL3.  Its a great thing.
And it makes me actually feel better about spending the money on their
product (why should I pay for their product when it didn't provide what
their free ones did?).

I guess my biggest issue would be that I have to pay for the higher
support on AS, when all I want or need from Redhat (based on what they
have provided) is software updates and 4 proc support.  And so I am
curious how the rest of you feel about the support you are paying for,
most specifically AS Standard, but feel free to comment on any of them.
