Hi Chris,
While you're chatting with EMC, please inform them how to create real
RPMs. We've been escalating their "hot fix" RPMs for months. They
expect you to install their 4.3.1 RPM and then install another RPM on
top of it (with the same name). Their RPM development process is
horribly broken. I'm hoping enough customers complaining will get them
to fix their crap.
