It looks like a multilib conflict.
Do you see an i386 and x86_64 version of bonobo-activation when you run:
rpm -q bonobo-activation --qf "%{NAME} %{ARCH}\n"
RHN has a bonobo-activation.i386 and a bonobo-activation.x86_64.
You probably only want the x86_64 rpm, so if the i386 rpm shows up, you might try rpm -e bonobo-activation.i386, then run up2date again.
Alternately, you could get both bonobo-activation rpms with up2date --get, and install them manually with rpm -U --force. They're only conflicting over a man page. :)
