IBM x236 - EM64T SMP Kernel Crash

IBM x236 - EM64T SMP Kernel Crash

Is there anyone experiencing SMP kernel crash problems with IBM x236?

I have tried stock kernel from AS3U4(kernel-smp-2.4.21-27.EL.x86_64.rpm)
and latest updated kernel (kernel-smp-2.4.21-27.0.4.EL.x86_64.rpm)

Kernel panics after boot immediately and says "unable to handle kernel
paging request"

And system works fine with stock (and updated) uniprocessor kernel.
