  | | | please help my root fs is read only | please help my root fs is read only 2005-05-07 - By Rob
Back I have no idea what happned. When I checked my mail this morning I got an error deleting a message so I wen't to the server and discovered the root fs was somehow readonly. I tried to remount it and it said it was a read only device. I rebooted, when grub came up I noticed "ro" in the options. I removed that and it still booted read only. I have no idea what to do. Can anyone give me some advice?
Thanks
