I have no problem with support and patching the kernel, as I'm in .edu
land and thus, have no support anyway :)

VMWare is an option, but sadly I think we just went into "End of Fiscal
Year Budget Freeze" so, it'll be a good long while before I can ask for
toys again.. probably longer than the free trial of VMWare and longer than
my self-imposed testing completion deadline.

This isn't a biggie, I just was wanting to test some upgrades and various
other things that we're planning for the next few months without having to
rebuild a machine every 20 minutes and didn't want to spend a lot of time
learning new stuff because I have other stuff to learn right now.  My hope
was someone would instantly pop up and say 'Here's the UML+RHEL HOWTO, now
please go RTFM.'  It's not critical, and can wait until I have
some more free time.  Maybe by then Xen will be able to host RHEL and I
can just use Fedora.

Thanks though!
