If you have the CDs then you can do "rpm -qip $(find /media/cdrom -name '*.rpm')" for each CD (obviously varying the mount point according to where the CD actually mounts). If not and you do have RHN access then you can get a list of all the packages in each channel from RHN. Failing that, get an eval copy and examine that. And failing even that, ask your friendly sales rep!
