Darn. Somebody else at work mentioned that they thought that groups can be members of groups. Does that work in RHEL 3? ie. if user foo is a member of group1, and group1 is a member of group2, does foo have access to a file with permissions set to allow group2 access? How deep does it nest, if at all? It sounds odd to me...
Thanks, .../Ed
