Nothing sinister is going on. We implemented a new policy for release
management and one of the unexpected side-effects is that many bugs
suddenly became private. This wasn't our intention so we're working to fix
everything right now so that folks can see their bugs again.
Sorry for the trouble but we should have everything back to normal in a few
days.
