Hi,

I have a server running Red Hat Linux 9 with the latest updates from
the fedoralegacy project.

I just noticed that the df and du commands give discording info:

# df -h /
Filesystem            Size  Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda2              32G   29G  1.7G  95% /

# du --max-depth=1 -h

424K    ./dev

What is the correct info?

I am worried about the partition filling up soon, since df says only
1.7G are free.

How can I figure out what is the correct space utilization?
