Thank you Mr Troll. This is a user-to-user informal support list. You
are NOT talking to RedHat by posting here (although some RedHat
employees do happen to post here occasionally).
If you want to complain to them then contact their support/help/customer
service desk.
BTW if you'd asked nicely before I'm sure someone here would have been
able to help you with this problem a lot quicker than 2 weeks.
