interesting.  The list usually assumes you would be using the
latest isos anyway since they are part of your entitlement.  This
appears to be an operator error not an error by RedHat.  Anytime
you do an install you should check to make sure you have the
latest isos which is something you apparently did not do in the
two cases you mentioned.
