There's a small problem with this however.  Looking at the URL that Mr.
Regatta used in his email you will not that the platform listed as
certified is x86_64.  I'll assume that means that Mr. Regatta was
installing the certified 64-bit version.

Now, looking further down on the page of the notes section there is the
following comment:

"64 bit installation on EM64T capable systems require a minimum of Red
Hat Enterprise Linux 3 Update 2"

Since this is the same release that Mr. Regatta notes in his email was
required then this would imply that the information on the page was
indeed correct.
