is it the name of your zone in the zone definition in
your named.conf file?

well, why don you try to pull out the "zone" word from
it?

something like:
zone "customnetworks.ca." {

I think that that make the system think that you are
working with the customnetworks.ca.zone. zone  :-(

the zone file name could be any name but the zone name
should be your real zone name

yes, you already get these error out when you put the
missing '.' :-)
