RH 7.3 only showing 3 CPU 's w/Hyperthreading

RH 7.3 only showing 3 CPU 's w/Hyperthreading

Not sure whats causing this, its intermitent and goes away if the
machine is rebooted. Have a Supermicro X5DPR-8G2+ motherboard with dual
2.4 Xeons. There aren't any additional cards, its a pretty vanilla
server. We're booting to a flash card with RH 7.3 and sometimes get 3
CPU's instead of 4. Here's a copy of dmesg output, cpuinfo and kernel
version
