You need to install the other RPMs that you built as well, usually using
"rpm -Uvh --oldpackage".    It's a shame that Red Hat don't supply the
debuginfo RPMs; it would save quite a lot of tedious mucking about.  
You can get debuginfo RPMs for Fedora.

No, if you're building one, it'll be fine.
