Back I've asked by a developer to increase kernel.semmsl and kernel.semmns parameters to 7000 and 210000 accordingly. These numbers seem to me too big (even Oracle requests only 250 & 3200 ) Is there any explanation how many RAM takes each semaphore? Is there are a upper limit for these parameters?
Thanks, Vitaly
