You should start by offering some more detailed information.  Are you
using Sendmail or Postfix?  uw-imap or Cyrus?  How is DNS setup and does
the problem continue if the Windows clients use the IP Address instead
of the DNS server name?  What does a session log of the SMTP, POP3 or
IMAP connection look like?  How about a TCPDUMP?  Any other special
configuration settings?  What client are the end users actually using,
have you tried other windows clients and do Linux clients have similar
issues?
