There are less support issues than we originally thought... You're in even better shape than I am (EVA5000 based) since you've got an active/active controller and have more options.

lun 0 is the controller. You can't do anything about it, nor do you have to worry about it.
My devices, with the qlogic driver and multipathing, simply come up as sda1, sdb1, sdc1, etc. I don't have 26 luns so I'm not sure what happens after sdz1 :-)
