Got a new IBM eserver xSeries 336 machine. I've not dived much in to the 64-bit world until now. We are going to setup this hardware with AS 3 for a RH Satellite Server 3.7 installation.
I'm pretty sure the SAT server only comes in a 32-bit version, but please correct me if I'm wrong. If that's the case, what would be better for performance? Install the AS 32 or 64-bit version?

I'm not sure why you'd worry about 64-bit vs 32-bit when you only indicate that you are setting the machine up as a Satellite box. Not only that, but why, at this time, you'd choose to go RHEL3 vs RHEL4? There is not enough information in your question to make an intelligent response other than to say that you will not see enough, if any, performance gain to justify going 64-bit for Satellite only. As with any system, it depends on what you are going to do with it.
