I am currently running 2.4.9-e.40smp. I ran "sar" this
and noticiced that 1 CPU load was at 100% load.
Sometime the load will distribute accross CPUs evenly,
and other times heavy loads will move to another CPU.
Has anyone seen this type of behavior.

RedHat Enterprise Linux 2.1 ES
Dell Power Edge 2650
4G of RAM
