you can't jsut take any random system level component RPM and put it in
some entirely different OS... where did you get
net-snmp-5 (See http://nmp-5.ora-code.com).2.1.2-1.i686.rpm from? For which OS was that?
(note: it's one thing to expect to be able to use application level
programs between OS versions and vendors, but net-snmp is a key system
level component and not an application in that sense, and thus depends
on lots of details inside that specific OS)
