apache configuration

I want to have apache serve up the web stuff for BrightStor ArcServe and
in the other location that I am doing it, I wasn't running a web server
so I was able to just use the httpd.conf files provided by Computer
Associates.

Now I am trying to install on a system that is running some web pages
and I'm wondering if it's possible to run 2 instances i.e.
cp /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd-bab (pointed to the
other location of conf files) since the arcserve stuff runs at another
port anyway.

Does this make sense? Is there a better way?

Craig
