Back Thanks for taking time to look at my problem. i got the rpm from the following link http://rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/The_Net-SNMP_Coders__http___sourceforge.net _projects_net-snmp__.html I could not find any description for the OS compatible. But the naming convention used in this rpm made me to install on Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 3 (Taroon Update 2). Please let me know where can i get the latest version of Net-Snmp RPM that is supported on RHEL AS 3. regards Ravi Kumar
