I can see all of the drives now on boot, and the OS sees them properly
as STK disk drives instead of printers.  It turns out it was a qlogic
bios issue.  The bios for my HBA was set by default to only see 8 LUNS
per target.  I bumped this up to 128 and now everything works fine.
