You're using the wrong distro, this is not what RHEL is for. I suggest you look for a Linux distro which is bleeding edge up to the point of daily virgin sacrifices.
You can get somewhere close to this by using rawhide. But it ain't fun to start your mornings by fixing what the overnight upgrade cronjob broke.
