We had to revert the driver on some of our ESX VM's and on one of our
IBM x336 systems that was handling a tape library.  The older driver is
still available even in the U6 kernel by simply appending _20511 to the
end of the module name in modules.conf and rebuilding you initrd.

We actually think the ESX VM problem is a bug in ESX since they have
similar reported problems with recent versions of the driver in both
Windows and Novell as well.

We're still looking into the IBM x336 system, but we haven't had time to
prove that it's not a BIOS/firmware issue or something else that could
be rectified with a configuration change.

Later,
Tom
