Standard stuff, near as I can tell. I don't have another AS3 box I can stare at to compare. It looks identical to my FC3 system-auth file. It does no network lookups for authentication. No NIS, or LDAP or similar.
A root kit detector is not something I have run yet, but I've been wondering if a compromise has taken place.
I didn't check DNS, but then I haven't changed any DNS settings in more than 6 months.
