Oracle clusterware, you can download it from oracle in the same location the platform db packages are in.

It is not supported to host datafiles, control files or other oracle specific files.
If that is what you are intending to do look at Oracle ASM (Automatic Storage management) to solve your problem. Downside is, you will not have a full blown filesystem to work with. Backups and accessing files sotred in ASM in general can only be done through rman (and asmcmd to a limited extent).
