After upgrading to U6 with all current patches I found that my servers
can't see correctly HP Ultrium 1 drives over SAN. Before update I was
able to use two drives but after upgrading to U6 only one drive
accessible.
I made a test with clean RHEL 3 AS U6 and after loading HBA drivers
there was only one drive but SAN configuration says that there must two
of them.

How to reproduce:
Qlogic 2200/2340
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 AS Update 6
Qlogic EMC Approved drivers or Red Hat addon drivers.

Any ideas, solutions?
